Iron Triangle Brewing Opens its Doors

Iron Triangle Brewing

Los Angeles, CA – After nearly a year of construction and permitting, Iron Triangle Brewing Company has opened its doors to customers. Over one thousand people attended the Grand Opening event with a line stretching down the block to get in. Patrons finally had a chance to take in the vintage 1904 building with a speakeasy feel in both the brewery and taproom and of course the beer. While the grand opening was a huge success, the team is now focusing on delivering clean drinkable ales through distribution as well as a rotation of specialty taproom only beers. Expect to see Iron Triangle’s flagship beers in bars around Downtown Los Angeles in the coming weeks.

IRON TRIANGLE FLAGSHIPS:

Iron Triangle Ale: A light, easy drinking yet flavorful beer. Inspired by the European brewing traditions brought to America prior to prohibition, we’ve combined pilsner & two row malted barley, un-malted barley, and flaked corn to create our own spin on this historic style. Expect this ale to have a slight sweetness paired with a delicate yet crisp bite of the noble hops. Fermented at cool temperatures with German ale yeast, the fruity background is complimented by the fresh, unfiltered appearance and bright carbonation.

Iron Triangle Dark Ale: The deceptively quaffable darker side of Iron Triangle Ale. Don’t be deceived by its color. With hints of coffee and dark chocolate this dark beer manages to be both rich in flavor and refreshingly crisp. Brewed with pilsner, crystal, chocolate barley malts, deep roasted malt, and a touch of noble hops, Iron Triangle Dark Ale is perfect for a cold winter night by the fire or a hot summer BBQ.

Iron Triangle IPA: This IPA achieves a balance between the classic and the aggressive of West Coast style versions of IPA. Two row and traditional Maris Otter malts complemented by a unique blend of specialty malts creates a complex yet open stage where the Pacific Northwest hops can shine. Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Columbus, and Summit varieties are added throughout the brewing and conditioning process to create a well-rounded hop experience packed with layers of bitterness, intense pine & subtle citrus aromas, along with a clean dry finish that will satisfy even the most ardent of hop heads.
