About Brauerei Hirt
With more than 730 years of brewing tradition, Brauerei Hirt is one of the oldest breweries in Austria. It originally opened as a tavern that served the knights and merchants who traveled along the ancient Vienna-Venice route. The continued success of the brewery is built on a number of fundamental factors: crystal-clear Alpine spring water, the highest grade of ingredients, a double filtration method, quality controls, and the fact that the beer is still brewed with the same classic Bohemian recipes. About Brouwerij Haacht
An independent, family-run brewery for more 110 years showcasing true Belgian craftsmanship, Brouwerij Haacht produces quality brews for every moment of the day, ideal for sharing with family and friends. Third-generation Owner Frédéric van der Kelen oversees Haacht management, with members of the fourth generation of the family also involved in brewery operations. With its Primus beer, the company is the third producer of pilsner on the Belgium market. The state-of-the-art brewhouse in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant produces 7,200 hectoliters (more than 190,200 gallons) per day. Governed by a mantra of corporate social responsibility, Haacht makes sustainability top of mind in all its operations. Outside of Belgium and in addition to its growing export market, Haacht is present on the French market (Basserie du Coq Hardi) and in the Netherlands (Bierbrouwerij De Leeuw) and also produces mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, and wine for the Belgian market.
