Dover, DE – Dominion’s Oak Barrel Stout has been in production for over 13 years. In 2016, the 2nd largest brewery in Delaware will refresh the label design of its longest tenured brand to fit its year-round Pin Up Series, which includes Double D Double IPA, Hop Lips IPA, Morning Glory Espresso Stout, and Candi Belgian Tripel.
With Dominion’s close proximity to Dover Air Force Base along with their admiration and appreciation for Pin Up art, they moved full steam ahead on reflecting this timeless art in their packaging. Oak Barrel Stout is the final year-round brand to make the transition to the Pin Up Series.
“Oak Barrel Stout is our most cherished beer not just by beer loving folks but by us here at the brewery as well,” said Casey Hollingsworth, VP of Sales, Fordham & Dominion Brewing Co. “Its depth of flavor along with its appeal to many different beer drinkers has really been the catalyst for its success, ” Hollingsworth says.
The beloved dark roasted stout will still hold it’s authentic taste and quality. The complete balance of underlying hop bitterness and aroma, the roasted and smokey malt backbone, and the finishing touches of soaked oak chips and vanilla sweetness will remain true.
The newly designed Oak Barrel Stout will be available in March in both six-packs and draft.
