Columbus, Ohio — Columbus Brewing Company is excited to announce the hiring of Jason Davis as Director of Strategic Planning. Over his 25 years in the beer industry, Jason has worked with prestigious companies including Columbus Brewing Company, BrewDog USA, Sierra Nevada and Guinness. Davis is returning to CBC, having spent the past 20 years building beer brands in Ohio and International markets.

“We are excited to have Jason coming on board. We have been friends for years and I have tried many times to bring him back home. It took a lot of convincing, but it has finally happened.” said Brewmaster Eric Bean. “This is a new position at the brewery and we intend to utilize Jason’s knowledge and experience to further develop our team and grow our brewery.”

In this new position, Davis will play a key role in setting the strategic direction of the company. He will also be responsible for planning and executing an aggressive growth agenda.

“This new hire could not have come at a better time, having added more tanks to increase capacity by over 75% just this week.” added Bean.

“Coming back to CBC after 20 years is a great thrill for me. This is the company that brought me to Columbus. Eric and Beth have assembled a top notch group of talented people and I look forward to getting started and working with the entire team.” said Davis about the new position.
