PAWTUCKET, Rhode Island — Foolproof Brewing Company announced today that its beers will be available for sale in the state of Vermont starting September 24. The company’s beers will be distributed statewide exclusively by g.housen.
“Vermont is a pinnacle market for craft beer in New England and a perfect fit for Foolproof,” said Nick Garrison, Foolproof’s president and founder. “With the growing demand for local canned craft beer, Vermont is a clear choice for us, and we are thrilled to be partnering with such a reputable wholesaler to bring our beers to the Green Mountain State.”

Launched in January 2013, Foolproof is one of the newest craft breweries in Rhode Island, and the company has been steadily increasing its distribution throughout New England. Foolproof’s beers are also distributed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Year-Round and Specialty Beers
Foolproof produces four year-round beers, which will be available in draft and 12 oz. can format across Vermont. These year-round offerings include Barstool, an American golden ale dedicated to a night out at the bar; Raincloud, a robust porter for rainy days; Backyahd, an IPA for barbecuing and other outdoor activities; and LFU farmhouse ale, a post-workday beer. The brewery also produces a line of rotating specialty beers, including Revery Russian imperial stout and King of the Yahd imperial IPA that are available in draft, 22 oz. bottles, and 12 oz. cans for King of the Yahd.
