PEORIA, A.Z. — The Arrogant BrewerÔäó, LLC today announced they are holding an Evening with the Brewer to celebrate the kick-off of their private offering. This by invitation only event on November 10, 2012, of friends, associates and supporters will feature seven selections of hand-crafted beers paired with samples of the gourmet offerings of Executive Chef Brian Sharrah. Hand-crafted beers will include original recipes of Imperial India Pale Ale, Robust Porter and a seasonal Pumpkin Spiced Ale. A select menu will complement The Arrogant BrewerÔäó beers with items such as Flaked Salmon Salad, The Arrogant BrewerÔäó Porter BBQ Pork and Peach Flambé.
“We are excited to bring a combination of hand-crafted beers and fresh, unique and refined foods to the residents of Peoria,” said co-founder Bradley Szolowicz. “The Arrogant BrewerÔäó will bring a fresh and exciting alternative to the Peoria dining scene which currently does not exist. The Arrogant BrewerÔäó was founded in early 2012, and is planned to open in the North West area of the city of Peoria. The restaurant and brewery will feature a fresh and refined menu of quality food items that complement house brewed hand-crafted beers. “Beer enthusiasts and new craft-beer drinkers alike will enjoy the multiple beer offerings we will present,” said Co-Founder and Brewer Neal Farrell. “We stress unique and high quality ingredients in our beers that set them apart from others.”
