Now 21 years later, Kim is CEO and President of New Belgium and is still actively involved particularly in Sales, Branding and Organizational Development. Much of her time is spent on mid-range and long-term strategy development for New Belgium. As a Board member of the Brewers Association and an ex-officio Board member of the Beer Institute, Kim has occasion to hear about opportunities and threats that American craft brewers face.

He has served on the Public Relations and Marketing committee of the BA, 2005-2009. Outside of brewing Larry regularly plays with his 2 labs, Belle & Hops—hiking, playing fetch with multiple objects (beer shirts are a favorite), tug-of-war, and sometimes a wrestling match breaks out. He and his wife, Ginger, make entertaining a lifestyle by constantly hosting parties, impromptu gatherings, dinner events, and overnight guests.
