2nd Annual Alamo Showdown Cook-Off! Teams will compete with their best one-pot recipes using ALAMO Beer!

If you’ve got a hankering for good food and great brews, you’ll love the 2nd Annual Alamo Showdown Cook-Off! Teams will compete with their best one-pot recipes using ALAMO Beer! This year’s teams include Rosemary’s Catering, Rio Rio Cantina, Grayze on Grayson, Wyndham Riverwalk, El Machito, Folc, Edera Osteria-Enoteca, Omni La Mansion, Kiolbassa and Hyatt. Proceeds from this event support the university’s scholarship program.
